Question about ka wiring

Hey guys I got a quick question. I have a 95' ka in my s13 with some s*** rigged wiring from the previous owner. I was wondering, what are the main differences between the s13 and s14 ka wiring? I would like to get a new harness but I don't know if I need another s13 harness with some s14 plugs or if I can use an s14 harness altogether.
