Question about J30 timing belt

If the timing belt was installed and one bank had the cam 1 tooth off, would the car run, what would be the symptoms if any?

I do not suspect anything just was wondering last night.

Would the car idle rough, have vibration?

I'm not sure on the J, but with the Q if a timing chain slipps one tooth, it's just what you describe - vibrations, rough idle. Two teeth and the engine is toast.
