question about intercooler specs.

i have a sr20 redtop, basically stock. and i was looking to get an ebay intercooler because i dont have the ends to get a named brand one, but any ways the intercooler specs say rated to 600-700 max hp. is this intercooler too big? it also says working pressure 5-40 psi and i am boosting 7 psi... what is up with the 600-700 max hp rating? will this one be ok? thanks
