Question About "Infiniti" Trunk Letters

Does anyone know if Infiniti used the same letters on different models in the same year?

So to clarify my 2004 M45 is missing two of the letter " i " on the rear trunk. I was able to locate Infiniti letters for sale on eBay from a 2004 G35, but I wanted to know if they would match the letters on my M45 before I make the purchase. Or is my only option to find letters directly off of another 2003-2004 Infiniti M45? Perhaps a 2005-newer M45 has the same lettering?

Can anyone clarify this for me?

If you can't match them exactly, you can always peel and replace all of them. There are tons of places doing custom chrome letters. Here are just a few:
