Question about idler pulley for SOHC owners....

I lost my idler pulley when I left it loose after taking my belt in a hurry due to a bad PS pump and fluid splashing everywhere in my engine bay...

Can somebody snap a pic or tell me what goes behind the idler pulley and the mounting bracket...? I still have the adjustable shaft but unsure if I will need a washer, plate, etc...

The fsm does not show enough detail to decipher what the assy consists of....
