Question about heat resistance

Hey, I recently installed teflon coated stainless braided lines from my BMC all the way to my calipers and I am wondering if anyone would happen to know the heat resistance of this material. I searched around but found no answers yet. Thanks!

Did you bypass all of the hard lines. Or replace all of the soft lines with stainless steel lines?

To answer your question; I have no idea. But let me ask a couple. What kind of heat are you concerned about? Brake heat, exhaust heat, under hood heat???? Are you having a problem, or just want to know??? Why haven't you asked the manufacture? I would think they would have an idea or two on their own product.

I replaced the hard and soft lines with a one piece stainless line going from the bmc straight to the calipers. Nothing is wrong, I was just curious. I ended up heat tape wrapping the wires that run behind the block and I've run the car a few times and neither the wires or stainless lines show any kind of wear from the heat. Holds up good!! Thanks anyway though
