Hard to say, really. Depends on your individual car's condition and the emissions standards in your area. Keep in mind that some places do visual inspections and if factory emissions equipment has been removed or tampered with at all you will fail by default, even if the sniff test is clean. My Q45 has only secondary cats, manifold cats removed, and I pass the sniff test fine.
Also, running some techron or "guaranteed to pass" or something like that right before the test can help reduce CO2 emissions, which may make the difference or may be insignificant.
If you keep your main cats (which do the majority of the cleaning work once warmed up) and test the car at operating temperature, you may very well pass just fine. Don't get sniff-tested right after startup, but instead drive the car at highish RPM (~4000) for maybe 15 minutes prior to the test to get the cats up to efficient temp before the test.
