I purchased a used set of ground control coilover for my S13. I should have noticed it when I first got it but the springs are really loose. when installed and under pressure they work fine. but say I lift the wheel or jack up the car they become loose again then " clunk" into place. If I understand it there needs some type of strap to keep the spring in place to prevent that from happening. Is someone can help me out with this i would apperciate it.

Thanks in advance

I believe those have locking pins on the perch. It's been a while. I used this set up on my prelude back then.

when you jack the car up, the assembly decompresses. seriously, you guys need those locking pins that goes with those coil sleeves. without that, there's a chance of slipping off the perches.
