Question about Gas needle

i was gettin on I95 and while i was going on the round about turn, i look down and my gas tank needle was way past E then i get onto the highway and it goes back up to 1/2 full, why did the needle burry itself into E on the enterence

i also was hauling a55 when i was getting on the highway if that helps anyone...

are there baffles in the gas tank? if not, i guess the fuel "sloshed" to one side, dropping the level fo a sec...

captain obvious w/ some change <common cents>

i figured thats what happen, i just wasnt sure if it was possible for the needle to drop like that due to gas leanign to one side... i dono how nissan messures the tank levels

its a funky sensor thing that moves easily

mine does it toonly on likeright hand turns at a good speed.. the float is moving around o_O

spooky.. if you look at the rims they are both at the same angle almost and both have the same basic layout

my gas needle does the same thing, but it first started doing that after i tried drifting

It does it on my dad's suburban all the time. I guess its more noticeable on his car because it has a huge gas tank... haven't noticed it on my 240 though..

All Chevy's tend to fluctuate by about a quarter of a tank.
