Dents from jacking / scraping are usually nothing to worry about, unless you have rust holes or the car has been hit hard and won't align, or body panels are out of place. Unless you can cut and weld car frames yourself, the repair for this would likely cost thousands of $$ - almost certainly not worth it.

Lesson #1 - if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Good luck.

That one side is pretty bad. That hit something, it's not just from jacking.

(pardon my liberties with your pictures)

This is the other side? Also not great. Maybe it went off road and landed on something straight across both sides.

I would want to do something about that. Perhaps have a steel bar or angle or even U-shaped piece welded on there. I'm going to guess $400 from a shop or $100 plus some beers if you know someone who welds. It doesn't have to be pretty. You may also want to have the alignment checked before and certainly after - good luck. I have not had to deal with damage like that, perhaps someone else will comment.

The rest looks fine, and it doesn't look like you have the rot / rust at the front of the frame where it curves up into the engine bay - that is good.

Yeah man theres literally no rust what so ever just have to replace a trunk lid and buff and paint and like window gasket has a little rust but i mean im thinking a frame machine..i mean i do wanna have it done right because im expecting a lot of power and just wanna make sure my structure is good..but i figured it wasnt just from dragging and im having my buddys dad who does restorations give it a look and ill come back with a price and what he wants to do but if anyone could shine some light on this issue id appreciate it
