question about factory s14 se amp and keyless entry and door locks (help please!)

ok i just put some 6 1/2 xplod speakers in because the factory ones were blown. they were all that i had lying around and they sound ok at best. i got a pioneer deck and when i try to crank it, it doesnt have that much volume and it sounds like it overpowering the speakers. well ive pretty much answered one question, get higher wattage speakers right? yea but my main question is, is it worth having the factory amp? would it sound better if i just took it out and had speakers running straight from the deck? and how many watts is the factory amp putting out? if i can get it to sound good without taking it out, i would rather do that. i also installed a 10" sub with a 200 watt amp, which with all this installed doesnt sound half as good with the same set up in my civic hatchback, and i figure the bass sounds better because its a hatchback. but i had just 2 of the xlod speakers, the same 10" sub and same amp and same deck, and it sounded really good. i remember my other s14, after putting in pioneer speakers, was loud and didnt distort nor did the music have a wavey sound when cranked all the way. maybe the factory amp is blown.

secondly, (i know this is getting long but it saves me from having to come back and give minor details) i have the security feature on my car. it has it on the dash. ive heard the mechanism should be under the drivers seat, and when i felt up under there, all i found was a plug-in of some sort. could i just get the factory system from the dealer or ebay or something with the key fob, set it like you are supposed to and be alright?

and lastly, my power door locks do not work, everything else works fine but neither the drivers side nor the passengers side will lock the doors. is there a fuse somehwere im missing? i didnt see a fuse for it un the car or under the hood.

don't know about the door locks, but i do know that the factory amp is crap, take it out and power the speakers off the head unit.
