So i've got my spiffy turbo manifold and i'm just kind of mocking it up in my head when I realize that my current header has 3 different bungs for certain things in it.. one o' course if for the o2 sensor but the other two i believe are for the EGR valves? Correct me if i'm wrong. I've noticed the the manifold i hold in my hand.. has 0 bungs for anything. My question is this..

What am I going to do with these valves/pipes whenever I install the manifold? Re-route them?

Thanks everyone-Paul93' 240sx turbo manifold in hand.. GT28RS turbo sitting on my bed

1 did u search or use common sense ?

turbo manifold will never have any bunges becouse there is a turbo that bolts onto it and turbo has downpipe or o2 housing that has the 02 bunge , also EGR should be removed , but if u wanna keep that crap i suggest u weld on another bunge to your downpipe for it !

yes, its much better to just block it off. the EGR goes to the back of the intake manifold. unbolt it from there and make, or buy a plate to block off the hole it leaves. also cap off any vaccuum lines it leaves open.

Not to mention all the space it frees up. I just removed mine yesterday so I could reach the top transmission bolts, now between that and some 100 ohm resistors, I will remove a ton of crap and free up some space.

Yea I bent mine and duck tape it! It was fugly but hey it worked and was easy. Don`t forget that one of the repair routes for the Shuttle was Duck tape!! I keep a roll of that in my car.

By the way, there is three bungs like you said on the stock exhaust manifold. 1 is for the o2 sensor, 1 is for the EGR, and 1 is for the AIV. (little black box next to the drivers strut tower)
