Hey guys, can you tell me if the 20g fp green turbo will bolt up to my CA18DET manifold?? I recently blew my T28 and im looking to upgrade without having to build internals or upgrade higher than my 450 injectors. If that doesnt bolt up, do you have any other suggestions.. I dont have alot of money right now, which is why id like to only upgrade the turbo and oil feed lines, and downpipe.. but do you guys know of any other options for me on a tight budget? Any help would be great!..

p.s. Im the new owner of Joe Mangus's 240 coupe from Cinci, Ohio.. i dunno if his sn is the same on a local board here or not, but if so.. its HKS13.. he told me you guys would know of the car! haha

Thanks -Britt

Umm...the FP Green will only bolt to a mitsu flange, not a T-series. Second, the lag and size of that turbo would be less than ideal on a CA. It's a 450hp mitsu/garrett hybrid. It uses a Garrett T4 compressor wheel in a T04S housing with a Mitsu TD06H turbine wheel in a 10cm^2 mitsu housing. You would need injectors around 650cc or higher to use that turbo. Bottom line....not worth it

PS: Why would you even consider the green? That turbo is soooooo old. The FP3052 and 3065 on the other hand...

lol..Well... actually it was an idea given to me by a non-nissan friend who didnt know it wouldnt bolt up (as well, i didnt either).. and it sounded like a decent idea, b/c it was a turbo that could put out some power without having to upgrade my other ****. O well.. Someone can delete this thread now.. Now i have to look for another damn t28.. ERR Thanks for your input btw..-Britt
