I must agree. The VQ swap is a labor of love, man. Not to be approached lightly. Expect to spend about $7k if you have someone else do the work for you If you do your own research and work, you might be able to get that cost down to about $5k.

Someone will quote 7k but probably be 10k all said and done.

They are great motors but seem to be difficult to wire up. If I ever get a chance at picking one up I will try the swap for sure though.
