question about doin sr swap, my 240 has sat for 3 years

I bought a 89 240sx fastback for $300 with a 5 spd, 174k miles and a clean title. It has a hole in the block but the head was rebuilt right before the block went. I belive its been in a barn because theres no body rust but i wanna do an sr20 swap. Im looking at getting the complete swap package from heavy throttle which is $5k, Is there anything i should look into because this car has been sittin so long, the gas tank is empty, but i mean sice im gettin a new drivetrain is it ok?

Because the tank has been sitting for so long, you will probably want to drop it, remove the pump, and have the tank cleaned by a radiator shop. When tanks sit empty like this they tend to get full of rust. The left over fuel will eat the fuel pump apart.
