Question about dash lights

why do the dash lights in this video at one point look really blue and then the next scene they look just a normal white?? I saw this a few weeks ago and was like wtf?? I know its prob nothing but I thought I might as well just ask. Thanks

Yea they do "look" blue at first... I see your from louisiana mind posting in the louisiana thread zerothread/225150 ?
