Well, slide-happy camber settings are like -1.5degrees to -2.0degrees in the front and like -1.0 to -1.5 in the back. Negative camber means the bottoms of the wheels are further out, and when the car leans on a turn, the wheels sit flat, getting better grip. Better grip in the front and less in the back means you'll slide a little more If you only can adjust back camber, you'd either be causing understeer (*gasp!*) or putting your back wheels at like 0degrees... so I'd definately say get a camber kit for all 4 wheels.
