I am getting a lot of thumping noises from the rear of my car, and sluggish handling, due to rear subframe bushings.

I was wondering, to get rid of this noise and sluggish handling, do I buy a bushing kit that simply adds on to the stock bushings, or replace them. I need to know, because the thumping is driving me nuts!

Thanks

The steelership is great for crap like that. I asked for the SCV Diaphragm and they told me I had to get a whole intake manifold.
