Question about Bushing Kits????????????? for s13 89-94 240sx..... I have been looking at the Energy Suspension complete kit???? Does anyone have other complete kits that I should look at ....... I have read more bad than good so I am looking for altns..... I am not looking to race... but have a tighter suspension and all the bushings are very worn. I dont want to replace with pillowarms too expensive.

thanks

RS*R makes a master kit.

You need to get pillow ball tension rods at least. If you put poly bushings in the tension bushing it will crack your tension rod brackets.

rs*r and energy are the same thing

I heard what they posted above your post they TC Rod can crack because the bushings are not the correct size. Then I read that they changed them but I dont know the difference between the new ones or old ones???

thats going to happen because theyre poly, not because theyre ES, same with the sway bar

go to spl for the TC rod and sway stuff

And the ES kit rocks. Suppliment the Tension rod bushings with new pillowball adjustable rods, as stated above, for a wonderful kit that will last well beyond anything in there now.

Are the ES tension rods crap just for the S13?? I have the huge 1 piece solid ones on my S14 and they are holding great. I know that the new ones have the 2 piece design that are inserted from the ends.

Thanks for all the replies I am going to have to save up for the pillow rods any recommendations on which I should get. They are pricey but I dont want to get poor quality to save some bucks. So which is recommended. I am going to get the ES complete kit.

thanks
