Ok so i finished the engine rebuild and just discovered I have no brakes. I've already bled the brakes and still am getting air in the system, besides there could be a hole in the line what else could possibly be wrong?

the master brake cylinder could be bad. the cap on it could be too. the little rod at the top that screw thread that controls the in and out motion of brake master cylinder could be threaded on too short or to long for the pedal. also possible hole in teh lines like you said previously.

Check hoses, lines, and unions, then bleed and bleed.

Driver read, passenger rear, passenger front, drivers front.

It's driver rear first. That's the brake with the longest plumbing since the lones cross the firewall, travel the length of the car, then cross back over.
