do the 90+ 300zx turbo have the same battery tray and the clamp as the 90+ 2+2s?

Agreed. They use the same battery and they sit in the same location. Also the engine bay on a 2+2 is no different than one on a 2 seater.

No problem swapping battery tray and tie down parts.

Why not just do rear mount battery?

The weight ratio is grossly heavier in the front with all the power needed on the rear wheels. I have all my major heavy components mounted in the rear, might as well put it where it has the most use. Corrosion is also largely reduced and battery life extended. If you want instructions or pics let me know.

no I'm just going to keep it the way it was, I'm selling my Z to a friend and going to buy a supra in a year or so since I wanted the car since forever... But I def. loved the Z as well! just supra has always been my dream car:) Thanks for all the help guys.
