BECAUSE I HAVE 19 INCHE 370Z NISMO WHEELS A NISSAN MECH THAT SLIP LIGHT ON MY DASH IS NORMAL.....AND SUGGESTIONS

ALSO ARE THESE CAR RELIABLE.....WAS GOING TO BUY A EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 100 K MILES...BUT IT WILL COST ME 130 MONTH FOR 24 MONTHS, OR SHOULD I JUST TAKE MY CHANCES WITH OUT THE WARRANTY..???

Welcome to Nico!

Your trans is fine. The slip light is because you broke a tire loose, go a little easier on the throttle or get better tires.
These cars are pretty darn dependable, keep the oil changed and deal with wear items as they occur. Mine has about 175k miles, I knew a guy that had almost 300k on on his when he sold it. But like any car some things just wear out over time and use might make some items wear out sooner on some cars than others.

Alright thanks....One more Question if my 350z has 78k miles you think its a waste of money to buy a extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty...for 3000.00...which cost me 130.00 month for 24 months

My general feeling is that the insurance companies are smarter than you and I and the likelihood of you coming out ahead is slim to none. I never buy optional warranties on anything, ever. Add to this that these cars have proven themselves to be fairly low maintenance and long lasting. $3k insurance on a sub $10k car and a policy that's only good for 2 years. I certainly would not.

^ Spot on, and probably said with a lot fewer words than I'd have used! :rotfl

Take the cash you would have been putting into that warranty and put it into a "car only" account at your bank/CU and use it if/when you need it. It will ear a little interest and if yuh never need it roll it over towards a down payment on your next vehicle, or use it on a major upgrade to your current one.
