I just recently purchased a used g37x with premium pack and found http://i.imgur.com/DAWqG5Z.jpg?1 where I was expecting a IPod hookup but I can't find anything like it in the manual. Can anyone I.D. it?

Should I be worried? I know nothing about after market parts and don't want it to cause problems with my ipod.
