1990 Q45

Problem: Idler pulley on the Alternator belt has seemingly worked its way to falling off my car. Seems the bolt/nut jiggled off over time without me noticing.I have the pulley and the small disc shaped metal peice? cover? where the bolt/nut goes in.

Solution? I dont have the bolt/nut, only the pulley and disc piece.I see Joe has the pulley, but it says nothing about the bolt. My pulley is in very good condition, I just need the bolt. Is this bolt/nut something I could get at a local parts store? Id love to have my baby running this fine sunday.

Also, do you guys remove the rad fan and shroud to get down in there? or is my arm just really fat? I cant seem to even be able to get it in the area down there.

Mucho thanks on any suggestions.

Usually accessed from below on a lift after removing the windage tray.

Just pay attention to the parts diagram and be sure you have the correct components assembled in the correct order.
