Question about air intake kit installation.

Hi i just got my cold air intake kit. My question is, look the picture and tell me; what is this little item that came with this kit. Where it should be installed on the kit, and how. Do i need it Thanx guys

its just an extra grommet that mounts under one of the intake mounts near the driver side fender well (where the cone is resting). its to keep it from wiggling around when ur driving.

Thank you jdm_master_X that is a good healp. One more thing you think this is for both s13 and s14.
