?? question about a SR swap ??

aight i know this has been covered hundreds of times prob ... but everytime i search i cant get the answer im looking for ... i always see everything written out but its always something diff.

heres what im looking for .. im picking up my 240sx shell today around 6:00pm .. and planning on doing a sr20det swap at the end of the month .. a local shop told me about $2200-2500 for the motor then $1500-2000 for labor .. but he said around $4000-4500 for them to do everything .. but i figured i could just order everything i need and do it myself and spen the money for labor on parts ... so i was wondering if somebody could write me out a list off all the parts i would need to make sure comes with my sr20det swap when i order it ..

i've seen tons of swaps but not all come with everything .. and i've seen lots of write ups on parts but there all diff ... so i was wondering if somebody could just be nice enough to write me one out ...

im getting a 1990 so i already know im gonna need a 91-94 gauge cluster and 91-94 power steering lines and resovior ... but what exactly does my swap need to come with ..

just getting a whole front clip for $2000-2800 will cover you. this way you could get used to the motor before you decide to modify it. EVERYTHING IS ON A FRONT CLIP. motor sets are for those of you who feel like piecing the swap together.

and the swap is a 2-5 hour job. really straightforward

well if you look on heavythrottle, the wiring is cake too.

your money can be well allocated to something else. don't be in too much of a rush to fix the engine if you don't know how it feels.

well i know how one feels when riding/driving it .. a couple my friends have them and they let me drive .. but they bought there cars that way so they didnt have to worry about the install ..
