I want to do a 300zx caliper upgrade to my 91 240sx but i was wondering would it matter if I use the 91 4 piston calipers from a 300zx or do I need to use the newer year 300zx??

Any 90-96 Z brakes are fine.

Some are iron, some are aluminum, all will work.

i forgot when i read it on http://www.twinturbo.net but they have a whole write up about the aluminum and iron calipers. you can tell by how the outside piston circles look. if it kind of connects together to look like a wishbone its (iron/alum) and if it looks like just two round piston circles its (iron or alum) i fergot which is which. Anyway, for clearance issues i initially got the na 28mm? ones and found out it wouldn't clear the upgraded slotted rotors i had or the stock s14 wheels. So i had to get the tt 30mm ones. i'm not sure if thats the case with s13's but make sure about the clearance and type of rotors you get first. i'm not a 100% sure since its been so long since i changed mine up but thats all i remember for now
