Question about 2007Altima Engine Start button operation

I'm currently working on a project to retrofit the 2007 Altima engine start/stop button to my 2006 Nissan 350Z. I have a couple of questions:

1) Does the LOCK, ACC, and ON LED's vary in brightness with the instrument dimmer control or not; I would imagine that the button backlighting and ENGINE light would vary in brightness with the dimmer control.

No, they do not dim. They are full intensity I believe.

Sorry my mistake they do dim along with the interior lights.

They do not dim at all.

The center part of the button dims with the dash lights. The "On", "Lock", "ACC" lights are just on/off, they don't dim.
