Question.. 89 240SX revs HIGH 6 and into 7 before changing gears.... AUTO

Well, my automatic used to always change gears if at around 6k rpm, it would not go into broken red, or red at 6.5

Now, if I rev it up high while driving it will wait until 7k before it changes (sometimes I have to let off the gas before it will change)

Any ideas of what is going on?

If I drive normally (which is 95% of the time anyway) it shifts super smooth and all..

Check the TPS harness connector pins for oxidation.
