questio for anyone with ipod/iphone integration kit

if i install this kit can i still control my music from my iphone? like can i lower and raise the volume and can i fast forward on it too? or is verything controlled from the radio itself? thanks

Which kit is it dude? I know best buy has one that will set up the iPod interface so you can charge your iPod while controlling it via the OEM stereo setup, including steering wheel controls. I do not know how it works with the iPhone, however.

If it's the official Nissan one for the base radio it locks you out of all iPod controls on the iPhone/iPad/iPod. Everything is controlled through the head unit or the steering wheel.
