Quest alternator kits

I'm going to be upgrading my alternator and unlike a few, I have a welder at home, so I'll be fabricating a bracket to use the quest alternator. I'll also be picking up a few alternators as well. They're not new, but used or remanned.

I was just wanting to gauge interest because If i'm going to make one bracket i can make several.

Kit will include:

Alternator - Quest 125AmpAlt Amp FuseCustomized bracket attachmentDrill Bit for Reaming the mounting holes

You may have to grind your block a little bit, you can get a angle grinder with a few wheels for about $14 from harbor freight or Northern tool.

or you can just make the stock bolt holes a little larger and make the slot a little longer and its a perfect fit with the stock bracket. Took me about 20 mins to have it ready to bolt the quest up.

I did the same thing... drill the hole bigger and i used a couple washer, and works good...
