quick question what is the "name" of this wing

so i sold a 240 a while ago ( regretted the day i sold it and 5 years later i still regret it ) anyways im wondering what is the name or manufacture of the wing that was on this car(including the pieces that wrap around to the door sills) ?

Wow, that was a clean 240sx. I don't know the spoiler though.

it looked like it .. the floor was shot and k-frame( or sub frame) basically rotted in half .... still wish i would of held on it tho ... but needed the cash....
