Yea, I'm pretty sure they do. "Stock width" Overfenders wouldn't make any sense. Get a 20mm overfender...not that much wider, new wheels can come later.

Co-signed. I got a cut out section of another S13 to do my driver quarter with over the summer and had a friend cut out my bad section and weld in a good section from the clip. I even helped and we had 16 hours of work into it. Also when you weld in a section, the metal you cut out of a good clip is going to have a 'memory', and want to keep curving where it curves. This will create dipped in sections you need to fill in with filler after the tack welds are ground smooth. I can post pics of the whole process. Anyone want to see?

I had a 1/4 panel replaced on my previous car by one of the most competent body work specialists in Northern Virginia. My insurance shelled out close to $5k in bodywork.

Quality work like that isn't cheap.

Buy a new shell. Buying a 1/4 off a junker is pointless, my brand new 1/4 panel ran only $150. You pay for the labor.
