Quarter Mirror Issue

Hello Guys,

I recently bought a 93 convertible and proud of it... but seems the quarter mirror has problems.... the quarter mirror by the driver side doesn't go up very easily, it gets stuck about half way up, so I have to pull the window up with my hand to make it go up all the way with the button push to go up. And for the quarter mirror on the passenger side, when I push the button to make it go up, it only goes up when it wants to, I have to keep pushing the button until it decides to go up. What can these issues be with the mirrors? Any suggestions?
