quality door mirror for 2003 pathfinder?

two months ago, I did a stupid thing. the door side mirror scratched my garage door frame. the plastic housing was broken. so I ordered a replacement door mirror from http://www.rockauto.com. the replacement mirror has a big drawback. It's glass shakes when the truck runs over bumps or on uneven roads. I got sick of it and thought it is dangerous too.

I checked local dealers. For OEM mirror, they wanted about $215 + tax. I also tried the junk yard but not much luck. Do you guys happen to know any place to get quality door mirror? Mine is the driver side. Thanks!

$215 is just about the cheapest OEM price you'll find for the mirror housing (which includes new mirror glass as well), unfortunately. You'd have to keep scouring junkyards or find somebody parting out their R50.

Man, how could I forget about eBay! Heh, that one looks good given that it's (hopefully) an OEM unit from a junked Pathy. I'd go for that one personally.

Update: I got the door mirror from ebay. The mirror was pulled from a crashed 2004 pathfinder. I installed it today. It fits perfectly and no shakes at all. Super!

The OEM brand of those door mirrors is called ichikoh, a Japanese brand. Most of those replacement mirrors on rockauto, JCWhitney, or other websites are junks. They are cheap, but will shake like hell. I don't know why they can be sold, because they are not safe for driving.
