Well I had some free time today and talked with an old friend of mine who moved to Chi-town. A few years back he had a SE-R Spec V and we put Stillen Headers, Pulley, Chip, and Muffler. We got to 190+ HP at the wheels with just bolt-ons. I found out that the motor he had is the exact same as the one that us Rogue owners have.

Has any one researched or found out if some of those parts are interchangeable? Mainly the pulley and header.
