qr25 transmission on pulsar DET block?

hey i was just wondering if its possible to use the 6 speed transmission from the sentra spec v on a pulsar sr20det engine. im in the process of building my b14 200sx but i knew i needed to have more than 5 gears and thought that the close ratio 6 speed would be ideal.
any input is greatly appreciated :)
