So last week suddenly my XM radio will not change from channel 17 (Deep Tracks). All other audio sources work fine (AM, FM, BT, etc.). I disconnected the negative terminal today for 15mins and no change. Any suggestions, please? Thanks for any help!

Unfortunately there's no separate XM tuner on any version of the '18's. It's integrated into the AV head unit. You can try a "hard" reset, disconnect both battery lugs and jump them together for about 5 minutes to completely discharge everything in the car. If that doesn't help, you're probably into a new head unit.

Take both loose from the battery posts, and if the cables are long enough, touch the cable ends together. If they aren't long enough, use a gator jumper or jumper cable to connect them. Connecting the positive and negative lugs together will drain charge from everything in the car, including any capacitors that might be preserving RAM in the radio.
