I have been looking for a 2015-2017 Q70 Q70L 5.6 AWD for about a years now, and finding that they are pretty rare! There are a few available, but not much to choose from. My local Infiniti dealer has not been any help with finding one.

Any recommendation on where to look? I am located in NY but, will travel anywhere in the country to get what I want. My budget is about 40K.

The Q70 / Q70L with the 5.6 + AWD are the two most expensive and probably slowest selling models (as you know). However, I just did a quick search on CarMax. That is my #1 goto place to purchase a vehicle of any kind. I have bought 4 cars from 3 different locations and each time it was the most pleasant, least stressful experience. I also recently bought a Q60 3.0 coupe from my dealer and I still prefer CarMax hands down.

PROS:
1) They purchase / accept trades in larger numbers than most dealerships and they are picky about which cars they will actually keep and place on their lots for sale
2) They offer an extended warranty that beats ANY other company including Infinity with a very small deductible that is accepted even at Infiniti dealers
3) They have a 7 day return policy with no run around

CONS:
Their prices are always a little higher than other places but with an option for a 6 year warranty from date of purchase, you can rest easy as the miles add on.

I was having the same challenge finding the one I wanted and after 6 months of searching, the only place I could find it was at a CarMax in Portland. After hearing all of the horror stories about them, I was pleasantly surprised to get a good deal, both for the price and the car. It has been rock solid nearly a year later. The one I found was a 2015 with only 9200 miles. Hope you can find the one you're looking for.

I also use cargurus, a lot - link to a sample of listings - I have to filter by engine, but I saw 18 v8 long wheelbase models, a good fraction of them AWD.

I also look through:

• Carfax
• Cars.com
• EBay
• Facebook
• Craigslist
• Autotempest (craigslist on steroids)

What configuration would you like for this car? At your budget and willingness to travel, there should be a decent sample size to choose from.

Just searched Autotrader and found a 2015 in Brooklyn Ny. It’s through Carvana.
It has 53k miles and they’re asking $27,500

Some* 2011, 2013 and 2013 Infiniti M56 + QX56.

I found what I'm looking for. 2015 Q70L 5.6 AWD, Moonlight White, Graphite interior. Every available option.

I went and picked it up this past Tuesday....Very nice!!
