You should be able to stream music via bluetooth. Have bluetooth on and paired in your car, start the music on your phone, and keep hitting the Disc/Aux button until the bluetooth stream comes on.

There is no bluetooth music setting.

1) Connect your phone to your car
2) Go to your Android Bluetooth setting screen
3) Insure "Call Audio" and "Music Audio" are both enabled
4) On the car radio, push the Disc/Aux button to change Source modes until you hit bluetooth
