Anyone here have experience with either spring sets for the Q50?

I was able to find the spring rates for the Tanabes - 6.2 / 2.6 (kg/mm)
Drop for F/R is: 1.0 / 0.6 (inches)

I'm wondering which is a tasteful drop but not anything that's going to be spongy - I would like the car to still handle pretty well. I'm even open to something slightly more aggressive than stock. I'm sure a set of upgraded sway bars will be necessary to complete the package (and if this car is anything like the Z, end links wouldn't be a bad idea to look into as well).
