Q50 pop up hood sensor

Hi all, I've my Q5 for 5 years just recently the pop up bonnet(hood) lights come on. Had no accident or knocks . On the OBD2 it shows no faults so won't clear.

I've read there's a way using start button on and off etc bit that doesn't work.

Has anyone an idea on how to remove the light, was selling it but garages won't take car due to red light?

This device is only on EU spec cars apparantly
