I remember you helping on this subject before, hopefully you can help again. Can you give me the part number for an ecu for a 4/93 manufactured date 94 Q45. Its a California version without traction control and without active suspension.

I was speaking to a used ECU dealer and he looked up my VIN and the info that I gave him and he came up with the model number: A18-B20P97 Can anyone verify which version Q45 this model ECU is for?

I can't cross reference that one... I only have information through the 1994 model year, but my guess would be that it's for a 1995 or 1996 looking at the number progressions from year to year.

FYI, on the Part Lookup function, if there's a small icon with two different color arrows pointing at each other, one above the other, then there's a running production change or updated part number.

On my driveshaft purchase, I learned there were 4 updates & subsequently 4 different part numbers for updated/upgraded shafts, with #4 being the most recent.

Try that with this ECU question & see what you come up with.

I dont think that they are all cross compatible, as different production years had different part numbers..... However, if your 95 is an early one, and the 94 is a late one, they may work....

96 WILL NOT WORK, as it has OBDII
