What MUST be removed to get at the alternator from the bottom on an active Q45?

Any "Active Only" tips you have would be great...I have read MANY post and threads however non of them are Active owners.

I tried the front and I can't get the Alternator to twist in place there seems to be a plastic wire heat shield in the way from it pulling out...

Is the wire loom for the Alternator attached to anything?

I'm about try for the top rear A\C compressor bolt (the others look like cake) but I don't want to get the compressor loose and not have enough clearance...

Any advise you could give is MUCH respected and appreciated
