Dumbness is relative, I'll put the dumbest NICO member against most of the other 140 million drivers/owners in US.

That might be a little risky lets throw in the other 100,000 ACTIVE members [not just those that occasionally log on] of other car forums against the population in general.

16,000,000 people buy new vehicles every year and 1% know what they are doing............used cars are even worse.

I'll bet at least 25% of those employed as certified technicans are astute. Hopefully.
