Update on the Nokian WR after 2 months of winter driving. We haven't had deep snow here yet (I was out of town for the Thanksgiving storm). These things do slide on ice, no where near the stick of Michelin Alpins. In light snow they are confidence inspiring, and on dry, cold pavement they are worthy of the Q. It's a 2 ply sidewall, and it feels like it. Much better feel and response than the Alpins. I have been on dry pavement 95% of the time so far this winter, so these have been really ideal so far. No regrets. Still looking for those center caps for the early Q "T" wheels, anyone ?
