Q45A ACTSUS Code 41

Code 41: " Pump OR pressure switch system is faulty"

I have o/hauled the pump 12 months ago, and have just finished doing a manual flush and bleed in an effort to fix the problem, however, the warning light is still on and I keep getting Code 41.

Any ideas on a fix.ThanksPS: Not much info in "SEARCH"

it is probably the pressure switch (or connection) located on the pump output accumulator. Does the system work?
