Anyone have a good used vehicle height switch or know where I can locate one (besides the dealer!) It's a rotary switch with a H (high) and N (normal) setting located just behind the gear selector near the center armrest. Any ideas on how to fabricate a suitable one???? PLEASE let me know. I just bought my Q45a and need to troubleshoot the suspension with the 'self diagnosis' function' The ACTSUS light is on and it's impossible to do without that switch in place. Thanks for lookin'!

Sounds like you're one of very few to educate themselves before jumping into buying a FAS Q45a. Hands to you.

If you need parts aaacomp may be a chap to look to. I'm unsure if his conversions also entail removal of the switch, but he will have all other used parts that you may need in the restoration work! I believe he sells everything he removed for about $100. Not too bad. The problem being who knows what works and what doesn't. After all, the FAS setups he's removed haven't been removed because they're working perfectly!

If you decide to keep it active, I have an active suspension controller which I brought over from Japan. If Ryan doesn't still want it, it's up for sale :pface . I also have 4 recharged texasoil accumulators, that have never been used but have been sitting in dry storage for about 8 months. They may need to be recharged (which can be done at half the cost of having some other cores recharged).

Oh, now I get it. Something has happened to my settings and I see the little face means confusion. The 1,2,...10 means after you get the height switch you can do the actsus self diag by switching it back and forth 10 times. The $$$ means the repair will probably cost a lot and the !@#$% is the associated cursing. It seemed obvious at the time.
