q45a 600 dolars should i get it?

there this guy selling a 91 q45a with 88k miles but it pretty much needs a full tune up, its leaking power steering fluid, the interior is trashed: seats cracked, glove box broken, dash tore up, front seat backs are missing, sunroof switch is gone, the right side of the car been side swiped, and the guy has 2 14in rims on the back that rubs on the calipers when u drive. he had it for 900 but he said he take 600. he said he got sum one who wants the motor for 500 but he don't feel like taking the motor out. should i get it or keep looking?

Now someone just gave us such a vehicle and it had a legitimate 201k.
