Q45 window sills

Where can I get these window sills for my '92 ?The VentShades are putting too much pressure on the door panels..

I hate those things, totally spoils the clean lines of the Q. If it rains, keep your windows closed and use the HVAC system.

I've been looking for the same exact thing for my '96....I think they'd be the same one's anyway. I've checked the normal retailers such as Amazon and eBay, but I think these chrome ones are JDM so they have to be special ordered from Japan. I was considering getting the black Vent Visors and putting chrome tape on them some how....

NO, NOT VIP. Vent Shades are common on lots of vehicles. If one smokes and it's raining, they are very feasible. If you want fresh air but not the rush of air from an open window, they are feasible.

WRONG IN MY BOOK!Any aftermarket item that changes the oem look is VIP..............aftermarket wheels are VIP, plastic sunroof air dam shield is vipish.

When you define oem PURITY you cannot even make tiny compomises.

Just because something is common in one area doesn't mean it is not VIP.If someone wants to use a vehicle in a different than designed method [driving with windows down and not using HVAC] that's VIP since there was zero provision other than tiny drip rail due to aerodynamics.

Make an exception for one and the rigor goes out the window!

I need these window sills vip or not.The ventshades have put too much pressure on the door panels and glass to where they've been scratched..If anyone knows, let me know.

I have to agree with Dennis on this one.

The Nissan President had these as a factory option, But you would need to get a hold of the JDM parts importer (Panda Garage).

You can do it the poor mans way and just go to Auto Zone and get there brand and paint them chrome.

But in my opinion I think it kills the look of the Q.

They are the automotive version of those huge boxy plastic "sunglasses" old people put over top of their prescription eye-glasses!!!

I have searched for these for two years (since I got my Q) and have only found them once. I bookmarked them on a laptop I no longer have. I believe they were made by Weather Tech, like $150. I checked their web site and could not find them.
